By adhering to this return policy, ComplyRim Marketplace ensures a fair and transparent process for all customers, providing clarity and confidence in every purchase.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders, perishable goods, and clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Certain health and personal care items may also be non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, customers must contact ComplyRim Marketplace customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The RMA number must be included with the returned item to ensure proper processing.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Large Equipment Preorders:

• Large equipment that is preordered is subject to a 15% restocking fee if canceled or returned, unless the equipment is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Customers must report any defects or damages within 7 days of receiving the equipment to qualify for a refund or exchange.
